Your order will be processed after making a payment. The process will take 1-7 working days depending on the situation and conditions. The results of the icons and gifs will be sent via Google Drive. For icons, photos may not be taken from sources other than the official source of the owner. You can request the photos to us, but we prever a photo from the buyer to minimize a revisions.

Revisions will be made 1x24 hours after the first file has been submitted. Free revisions will only apply to a minor revisions and only done once. For replacing elements in the form of color palettes, photos, and shapes after the file has been submitted, revision fee start from 1k will be charged depending on the difficulty. Revisions that have exceeded the predetermined time limit will be subject to additional fees. We do not accept any revisions outside of the order form that has been sent.

Of course you can! whatever your editing needs are (Animated stickers or GIFs), we will make every effort to fulfill it. If you have a struggle to design such choosing fonts, shapes and colors, just drop your question on our official bot and we will be happy to answer your questions.

O2. How to do a payment using QRIS?
QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a standardized payment using the QR code method from Bank Indonesia to simplify the online transaction process. QRIS can be used in any e-wallet application. To make a transaction, you just need to scan the qris code that has been given by the merchant in the "pay" feature on your e-wallet.

O3. Where can I get my order form and how to fulfill it?
You can get your order form at @BAFormOrder and fill it out according to your needs and wants. If there is a part of the form that you don't understand, please ask us directly at @BrainactionBot.

O4. What are the photo submission requirements for icons?
Photos may come from buyers to make it easier for editors and minimize revisions. Photos are sent via telegram in a file format and are not compressed. It is not recommended to use photos that cannot be edited, for example from fan-sites, album scans, bubble lysn, and private mail.

O1. We will announce the open order through this channel and broadcasting via our bot, also our mutuals. The open order will be opened after the catalogue for today's season has been launched. Open orders at that time will be in accordance with the existing season. We will accepting orders from the previous season, but still prioritize the current season.

O2. Make sure that you have fulfilled the forms in detail and carefully. We won’t be tolerate any errors on your forms. We will give you the opportunity to revise the edits. Revisions will be made in accordance with applicable regulations. If the customer does not follow the regulation that we provide, then no revisions will be made.

O3. Get your form at @BAFormOrder. Send your form through @brainactionbot and we will do your orders immidiately. If you have any kind of special request just tell us and we would love to have a discussion with you.
