Moved only in the Lok Sabha to test whether the Council of Ministers enjoys the confidence of the House. If passed, the Council of Ministers must resign.
Confidence Motion
Moved by the government to prove that it has the support of the majority in the Lok Sabha.
Adjournment Motion
Used to discuss a definite matter of urgent public importance by interrupting the normal business of the Lok Sabha.
Calling Attention Motion
