1.Unplug the Internet Cable: Disconnect your PC from the internet cable.

2. Open Terminal: During the setup process, when Windows asks you to connect to the internet, press Shift + F10 on your keyboard to open a terminal window.

3. Type the Command: In the terminal window, type oobe\bypassnro and press Enter.

4. Restart Setup: The setup process will restart.

5. Skip Internet Connection: When you return to the Wi-Fi screen, there will now be a button that says, "I don't have internet connection," which you can click to proceed with the setup without connecting to the internet
