Wild Pokémon now spawn randomly in your group. Catch them to build your collection and earn XP.

Leveling

Earn XP just by chatting. Climb through trainer ranks:

Bug Catcher → Youngster → Pokémon Trainer → Ace Trainer → Gym Leader → Elite Four → Champion

Your rank is automatically applied as your profile tag when you level up.

/rank — Your trainer card
/top — Group leaderboard
/levelconfig — Set XP per message, cooldown, and level-up notification settings

/locklevel — Ties lock exemptions to trainer rank. For example, /locklevel url 16 means any trainer at level 16 or above is automatically exempt from the URL lock. Active members earn trust as they rank up — no manual whitelisting needed.

Tasks

Assign and track tasks directly inside your group.

/task Fix README --due 2h — Create a task with a deadline
/task @user Design banner — Assign it to someone
/tasks — All active tasks in the group
/mytasks — Your personal task list
/tasknotify on/off — Toggle DM reminders for your tasks

The assignee is notified on creation and reminded again as the deadline approaches.

Auto Rules

Build smart triggers without any extra setup.

/rule add <name> --if <condition> --do <action>
/rule list · /rule toggle · /rule delete

18 trigger conditions — message text, media type, links, mentions, join events, trainer level, and more. Includes user_join_time to trigger based on how recently a user joined (e.g. user_join_time:<2d).

11 actions:
• delete — remove the message
• warn — issue a warning
• mute — mute for a duration
• ban / kick — remove from group
• slow — enable slowmode
• tag — set the user's profile tag
• send — post a standalone message in chat
• reply — reply directly to the triggering message, tagging the user
• dm — send the user a private message
• wait — pause between chained actions

Rule names appear in tap-to-copy format in the list.
Moderation actions are automatically logged to your group's log channel.

Locks

/lock reaction — Block reactions from non-admins
/lock outchatreaction — Block reactions from outside the chat
/lock guestbot — Block guest bot spam
/lock botmention — Block @bot mentions in messages
/lock hashtag — Block #hashtag spam

All locks support punishments (-p ban/kick/mute) and auto-warn thresholds (-w 3).
Use /locklevel to let high-rank trainers bypass any lock automatically.

Regex Filters

/refilter <pattern> — Add a regex filter
/rmrefilter <pattern> — Remove it
/refilters — List all active patterns

Warns

/warndecay 7d — Warns expire automatically after a set time (supports m/h/d/w)
/warns shows a timestamp on each warning.
Non-admins can only view their own warns. /warns with no arguments defaults to your own warns.

Pokémon Captcha

/captchamode pokemon — New members must correctly identify a Pokémon to join the group.
Also supports math and text modes.

Antiflood — tmute mode

Antiflood now supports tmute as a flood punishment. Instead of a permanent mute, flooding users are restricted for a configurable duration.
/setfloodmode tmute 1h — supports m/h/d/w
An Unmute button is shown to admins in the flood action message.

Group Stats

/gstats — Shows daily and weekly message counts, total members, and the most active users in your group for the day.

Themed Moderation Messages

All moderation actions — ban, mute, warn, kick, unban — now use Pokémon flavor text. Members are referred to as Trainers throughout.

Guest Bot

Tag the bot in any chat to use it inline — no need to add it to a group.

Ash Bot now has full i18n support — every user-facing message runs through a translation layer, making the bot ready to support any language.

/lang — View available languages and switch the bot's language for your group

4. Approved translations are automatically pulled into the bot every 6 hours
