Due to the escalation between Iran and Israel, and in deep respect for all civilian victims, we’ve paused ticket sales and are shifting tomorrow’s concert into a gathering of care,
reflection, and solidarity.

The musicians, who came from Tehran and are currently stuck in Germany, are emotionally impacted by the situation.

Rather than a formal concert, they will share an intimate evening of improvised music, conversation, and connection.

Expect spontaneous sets on piano, drums, vibraphone in Iranian Modular System.

This is a space for presence, not performance — no media, no spotlight — just shared support.

The musicians behind the Donavazi Project, Mazyar Younesi and Rouzbeh Fadavi, came from Tehran and are now unexpectedly stuck in Europe — far from their families and friends during a deeply painful time.

This moment is not easy for them, but they also don’t want to carry it alone. So instead of a formal concert, they invite you to a gathering of care, connection, and shared presence.

In the video, recorded before recent events, they talk about their musical process and artistic vision.

Expect improvised music on piano, drums, vibraphone, and the Iranian Modular System — alongside open conversations, space for feelings, and simply keeping each other company.

This night is about presence, not performance — no media, no spotlight — just sound, support, and solidarity.

Golsana Shenasaei will perform a solo electroacoustic live set at PAS Berlin as part of an evening featuring three experimental artists. Tickets are 10€ at the door — but if that’s too much right now, guests are welcome to pay what they can. 💛

Program:

Golsana Shenasaei – “The Last Wilderness”
An electroacoustic audiovisual performance combining field recordings, electronic sounds, cello, and recorder flute.

Lena C – “Currents and Crossings”
A sound piece reflecting on water as a connector of bodies and landscapes, using modular synth and recordings from Coswig and Taiwan.
Supported by the National Culture and Arts Foundation Taiwan.

Efe Ce Ele – “Mistaken Signal”
An audiovisual piece using generative visuals and sound design to explore landscape decay, digital life, and organic transformation.

This time, due to limited space, we had to select a small group of musicians to ensure a balanced and intentional sound setup.

Selections were made using a randomized AI-assisted process — not based on skill or personal judgment — to keep things fair and unbiased.
