In 1878, Congress passed the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids military involvement in domestic law enforcement without congressional approval.
Article 1, Section 9 of the US Constitution states—
"The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of ‘Rebellion’ or Invasion, the public safety may require it."
Trump declared a State of Emergency in DC after the antifa FF capitol [rebellion] riot. This allowed military involvement in domestic law enforcement without congressional approval, thanks to Article 1.

“In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I Hereby Declare A National Emergency To Deal With This Threat.”

•International Emergency Economic Powers Act:
“The President may, under such regulations as he may prescribe, by means of instructions may investigate, regulate, block, or prohibit— any transactions or payments, or any property subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.”
•Sec 301 of Title 3 USC:
“The President is authorized to designate and empower the head of any department or agency in the executive branch, or any official thereof who is required to perform without approval, ratification, or any function that is vested in the President by law.”
Authorizing this legislation allowed Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller to eventually order special force operations to report directly to him, to avoid the current bureaucratic agencies.
This was ordered on 11/18/20.
On January 11th, 2021 President Trump signed the Stafford Act for Washington DC, authorizing FEMA & DHS to be in charge of that area.
Under provisions in the Stafford Act, Emergency Powers can be applied, search and seizures without a warrant can occur, and restricted travel can happen.
Following Trumps Emergency Declaration for DC, military mobilizations began to be announced and troops started flooding the district.
FEMA is now authorized under a declared emergency. 2 months later troops are still fenced in and the district is completely militarized.
Nothing can stop what’s coming because everything has been strategically planned out and certain provisions have been put in place.
Everything [they] do has been forecasted and prepared for.
DS lost this very important power - the one branch of government that’s not infiltrated at top levels.
