This is actually good for the people in US because the housing market will go down in value but this is also one of the catalysts for the real estate bull market to end. The end of the 18.6 year cycle is close. 0-2 years most likely left. Could actually already have topped.

I have been talking about this for many years now, it will be interesting to see if it actually plays out as I anticipated. And how the market will react with bear markets for many years once it has topped. The current market is always buying the dip, because it always goes up. The current Sentiment will always continue to push to buy SP500 on every dip. Ofc it have been profitable to do so, and will most likely be in 20 years aswell due to inflation. But I dont think the masses are ready to buy sp500 but still be down 5 years from now.

Gambling, legit dev, utility

The likelyness for Silver to top here at 90$ or slightly higher at 100$ is incredible high. We have seen upswings for silver for decades giving a return of either 400% from top to bottom or 1000%. This have happened several times if you look back. To reach 400% Silver has to go to 92$.

The sentiment around Silver is also extremely bullish which indicates that Silver is overvalued. If you fomoed into Silver today or past few weeks i suggest to get out. Price might not dump immediately but in 1 year from here the price is most likely down avout 40%.

DAX, The German market is also extemely overvalued and overbought. Beware of a downturn there. 13 days up is close to a record in history. Further updates will come about the market.

Bitcoin is currently making its complecancy bounce, I expect it to reach somewhere high 90s to low 100s and then down. Q1 is likely to be quite volatile and negative for markets. Ofc anything can happen but looking at the charts this is what I believe.
