၁။ အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်သည် BIMSTEC အစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်ရန် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသို့ ၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလ (၃)ရက်တွင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသို့ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီဟု သိရသည်။

၂။ ရိုဟင်ဂျာလူမျိုးများအား မျိုးတုန်းသတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းအတွက် အာဂျင်တီးနားနိုင်ငံ ဗြူနိုအေးရိစ် တရားရုံးမှ ရာဇဝတ်ဝရမ်း ထုတ်ပြန်ခံထားရပြီး၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အရပ်သား ပြည်သူထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာအား သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့ခြင်း၊ လေကြောင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ ငလျင်ဘေးဒဏ်သင့်နေချိန် ကာလတွင်ပင် အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအား ဆက်လက် သတ်ဖြတ်နေသည့် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်အား အစည်းအဝေး တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြုခြင်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ နစ်နာသူ ပြည်သူများအား စာနာမှုမဲ့ လျစ်လျူရှုခြင်းဖြစ်သဖြင့် BIMSTEC အစည်းအဝေး၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိသူများအား ကျွန်ုပ်တို့က ရှုတ်ချသည်။

၃။ ထို့ကြောင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား အလုပ်သမားများ အနေဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီ ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင် BIMSTEC အစည်းအဝေးတက်ရောက်နေချိန် ၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီ (၄)ရက်နေ့တွင် အလုပ်မဆင်းခြင်းဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီအား ဆန့်ကျင်ကြောင်း ပြသကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်သည်။

၄။ ထို့အပြင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံတွင် နေထိုင်ကြသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများနှင့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများနှင့် ရပ်တည်ကြသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာ နိုင်ငံသားများ အနေဖြင့်လည်း အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီ ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင် BIMSTEC အစည်းအဝေးတက်ရောက်နေချိန် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီ (၄)ရက်နေ့တွင် အနက်ရောင် အဝတ်အစားများ ဝတ်ဆင်ကြခြင်းဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီအား ဆန့်ကျင်ကြောင်း ပြသကြရန်လည်း တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်သည်။

၅။ ထိုင်းပြည်သူများသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှုများနှင့် တော်လှန်ရေး အဆက်ဆက်တွင် အဖိနှိပ်ခံ မြန်မာပြည်သူများအား စာနာနားလည်ပြီး နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ထောက်ခံရပ်တည်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ ယခုနွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးကာလနှင့် ငလျင်ဘေးသင့် ကာလအတွင်း ပြည်သူလူထုအပေါ် ရက်စက်စွာ တိုက်ခိုက် ဗုံးကျဲ သတ်ဖြတ်နေသော အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီ ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်ကိုလည်း ထိုင်းပြည်သူအများက ဆန့်ကျင်ရှုတ်ချကြောင်း လူမှုကွန်ရက်များနှင့် သတင်းများမှ သိရှိရသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အနေဖြင့်လည်း အဖိနှိပ်ခံ မြန်မာပြည်သူများနှင့် အတူ ထိုင်းပြည်သူများအား အထူးပင် ကျေးဇူးတင် ရှိရပါသည်။

၆။ ယခု အရေးတွင်လည်း ထိုင်းပြည်သူများ အနေဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ အဖိနှိပ်ခံ မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ ရုန်းကန်လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်မှုဖြင့် နားလည် ပါဝင်ပေးကြရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ လူထုလှုပ်ရှားမှု အင်အားစုများက တညီတညွတ်တည်း တိုက်တွန်း ပန်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။

แถลงการณ์เกี่ยวกับการเข้าร่วมการประชุม BIMSTEC ของมินอ่องหล่าย

1. มีรายงานว่ามินอ่องหล่าย ผู้นำเผด็จการทหารของเมียนมา ได้เดินทางถึงประเทศไทยในวันที่ 3 เมษายน 2025 เพื่อเข้าร่วมการประชุม BIMSTEC
2. มินอ่องหล่ายถูกออกหมายจับโดยศาลในกรุงบัวโนสไอเรส ประเทศอาร์เจนตินา ในข้อหาฆ่าล้างเผ่าพันธุ์ชาวโรฮิงญา นอกจากนี้ เขายังเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการสังหารพลเรือนนับพันในเมียนมา รวมถึงการโจมตีทางอากาศต่อพลเรือน และยังคงสังหารประชาชนต่อไปแม้ในช่วงที่เกิดแผ่นดินไหว การอนุญาตให้เขาเข้าร่วมการประชุมนี้เป็นการเพิกเฉยต่อความทุกข์ทรมานของประชาชนชาวเมียนมาอย่างสิ้นเชิง ดังนั้น เราขอประณามผู้จัดการประชุม BIMSTEC และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเชิญเขาเข้าร่วมการประชุม

Statement on Min Aung Hlaing’s Attendance at the BIMSTEC Summit

Date: April 3, 2025
1. It has been reported that Min Aung Hlaing, the leader of the terrorist military junta, has arrived in Thailand on April 3, 2025, to attend the BIMSTEC summit.
2. Min Aung Hlaing has been issued an arrest warrant by a court in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for the genocide of the Rohingya people. He is also responsible for the mass killings of thousands of civilians in Myanmar, airstrikes against civilians, and continued executions of civilians even during the recent earthquake crisis. Allowing him to attend the summit demonstrates a complete disregard for the suffering of the people of Myanmar. Therefore, we strongly condemn the BIMSTEC summit organizers and those responsible for his participation.
3. In response, we urge Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand to protest against the terrorist military junta by staging a work stoppage on April 4, 2025, while Min Aung Hlaing is attending the BIMSTEC summit.
4. Additionally, we call on all Myanmar nationals living in Thailand, as well as international allies who stand in solidarity with the Myanmar people, to wear black clothing on April 4, 2025, as a symbol of opposition to the terrorist military junta.
5. The people of Thailand have consistently supported Myanmar’s pro-democracy movement and have stood in solidarity with the oppressed people of Myanmar for many years. Recent reports from social media and news sources indicate that the Thai public also condemns Min Aung Hlaing and his brutal military junta, which continues to bomb and kill civilians during both the ongoing Spring Revolution and the earthquake crisis. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Thai people for their continued support.
6. In this crucial moment, we urge the Thai people to once again stand in unity with the people of Myanmar and support their resistance against the oppressive military regime. The collective strength of the people is essential in this fight for democracy and justice.

Thai Government Must Act Now: Stop Oil and Gas Payments to Myanmar Junta

On March 28, 2025, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, causing widespread devastation. As of April 3, 2025, the death toll from the earthquake had risen to 3,885, with 5,455 injured and 719 missing—numbers that will likely continue to rise.Even before this disaster, more than 3 million people had been displaced, and nearly 20 million desperately needed humanitarian aid, according to the United Nations.
Despite this humanitarian catastrophe, the Myanmar military has intensified its attacks instead of aiding relief efforts. On the same day as the earthquake, the junta launched airstrikes in Naung Cho Township, Shan State. Since then, they have conducted over 22 airstrikes across the country, failing to rescue those trapped under collapsed buildings while continuing their brutal campaign against civilians. The junta has routinely targeted hospitals, forcing medical workers to operate in remote, unsafe areas. In the Sagaing Region alone, there were 39 documented attacks on healthcare facilities in 2024, most of them carried out by the military.
The oil and gas sector is the junta’s primary financial lifeline, enabling these war crimes. Thailand’s state-owned oil and gas company is the largest foreign investor in Myanmar’s energy sector, providing essential funding to the military. The Thai government has the sole power to stop this blood money from flowing to the junta.
To demonstrate genuine sympathy for the people of Myanmar in this time of suffering, Thailand must act. The Thai government
must immediately halt oil and gas payments and
must place revenues in an escrow account to prevent the junta from using these funds to commit further atrocities.
