SIP-034 has changed how the network handles transaction limits.

Previously, hitting any single limit triggered a full reset across all limits. Now only the exhausted limit resets, freeing the rest to keep running.

Stacks can now sustain more complex DeFi workflows, higher participant activity, and greater transaction throughput.
