If you're building a product and looking for testers, try to avoid requiring authentication. At least make some features available through public routes.
If you ask me for details before earning my respect, that's a big no for me.
Earn your user's trust first, when users trust your product, they'll share everything without even noticing.
Here's an example, TikTok doesn't require login to watch videos, but it tracks your keystrokes on your device. When you do log in, you're basically telling them who you are, most users don't notice that trade-off.

Already 2 years have passed.......... countless sleepless nights with these guys. We had nothing but a laptop, a small room, and a big dream. Looking back, I miss those days more than I ever thought I would. Grateful for every late night, every bug we fixed together, every small win we celebrated like it was huge.
