"Ora" represents a new era of technology and growth.
I call myself Blazora because I want my work to leave an impact. The name represents creativity, growth and building technology that solves real problems. That's why I call my self Blazora.

- know why you start and your priorities.የሆነ ነገር እንሰራለን ብለን አቅደን ግን ለምን እንደምናረገው የማናውቅ ከሆነ ረጅም ርቀት መጓዝ አንችልም። so ለምን ያንን ነገር እንደምናደርግ ስናውቅ ግን መሄድ ያለብንን ያህል ርቀት ለመጓዝ ዝግጁ እኖናለን ።

- Avoid distractions. አሁን ላይ ብዙ distract ሚያረጉን ነገሮች አሉ። ትንሽ relax ላርግ ብለን TikTok እና ig ገብተን ሰአታት ልንፈጅ እንችላለን። ጠዋት ላይ የሆነ ነገር አቅደን ማታ ሲደርስ ያንን ነገር ምንም ሳንሰራው ከሆነ ቀናችን በምን እንዳለፈ ዞር ብለን ማየት አለብን።

- Stay disciplined, even when you don't feel motivated. Always remember "THE PAIN OF REGRET IS MUCH WORSE THAN THE PAIN OF DISCIPLINE."

- Break big goals into small ones.Small actions done consistently will always beat big plans that never get started.

እንደ አንድ Web Development ላይ በጣም መሄድ እንደሚፈልግ ሰው፣ የምመክራችሁ ነገር tutorial hell ውስጥ እንዳትገቡ ነው። አንድ concept ከተማራችሁ በኋላ በራሳችሁ ኮድ ሞክሩት። Don't just copy and paste. That's how real learning happens.

የሁሉም ሰው የመማር መንገድ ይለያያል። አንዳንዶች tutorial በማየት ይማራሉ፣ ሌሎች ደግሞ documentation በማንበብ። ስለዚህ የራሳችሁን learning style ፈልጉ፣ እና በእሱ ላይ ተመስርታችሁ ቀጥሉ።
ሁሉንም ነገር በአንድ ጊዜ deep ማወቅ አትጠብቁ። ፕሮጀክቶችን እየሠራችሁ በጊዜ ሂደት ብዙ ነገሮችን ትማራላችሁ።

Finally, don't forget to search. Searching is one of the most important skills for a developer. Every time you search, you're not just solving one problem you'll discover many new concepts along the way.
