ብዙ ሰው ያቅዳል፣ but not everyone achieves what they plan. Achieving something isn't the hardest part starting is often easy. The real challenge is keeping that goal alive in your mind every single day until you actually achieve it.

እኔ አሁን ላይ "game changer" የሚሆን ነገር ለመስራት በጣም ፍላጎት አለኝ። Before this, whenever I planned something, I would push for it. አሁንም ያንን same mindset ይበልጥ ማጠናከር እፈልጋለሁ because success comes from consistent execution, not just good plans.

I think interest is the foundation when we start learning a new skill. ፍላጎት ከሌለ consistency ማቆየት ከባድ ነው።

One thing that really helped me was removing distractions. When I started learning, I deleted TikTok and Instagram from my phone. እስካሁን ድረስ ብዙ ጊዜ በስልኬ ላይ የሉም፤ sometimes I only use them on my PC when needed. That gave me more time and focus.

Also, don't try to learn everything at once. Pick one skill, stay consistent, and build projects.

When you're learning, you have to push yourself. After you become skilled, the environment and opportunities will push you. መጀመሪያ discipline ነው የሚያንቀሳቅስህ፤ በኋላ ደግሞ opportunities እና responsibility ይገፉሃል።

If you want to achieve and focused on your goals:-

- know why you start and your priorities.የሆነ ነገር እንሰራለን ብለን አቅደን ግን ለምን እንደምናረገው የማናውቅ ከሆነ ረጅም ርቀት መጓዝ አንችልም። so ለምን ያንን ነገር እንደምናደርግ ስናውቅ ግን መሄድ ያለብንን ያህል ርቀት ለመጓዝ ዝግጁ እኖናለን ።

- Avoid distractions. አሁን ላይ ብዙ distract ሚያረጉን ነገሮች አሉ። ትንሽ relax ላርግ ብለን TikTok እና ig ገብተን ሰአታት ልንፈጅ እንችላለን። ጠዋት ላይ የሆነ ነገር አቅደን ማታ ሲደርስ ያንን ነገር ምንም ሳንሰራው ከሆነ ቀናችን በምን እንዳለፈ ዞር ብለን ማየት አለብን።

- Stay disciplined, even when you don't feel motivated. Always remember "THE PAIN OF REGRET IS MUCH WORSE THAN THE PAIN OF DISCIPLINE."

- Break big goals into small ones.Small actions done consistently will always beat big plans that never get started.
