As a result of our security audit we have added new security measures and revamped several of our internal risk control procedures. We're more confident than ever that Bitrue is secure, and furthermore, all user assets are insured and will be replaced in the event of a breach.

We add XRP to accounts by scanning the XRP ledger for funds sent to our wallet. When Bitrue came back up we had to scan every block since the time that we went down til now. All 165,000 blocks that were created during the downtime have now been scanned & users have been credited.

Because of the launch of BTR trading, the surging traffic has caused us server overload problems. We're expanding capacity now to meet requirements.
We've added more resources to reduce the pressure on our servers resulting from the $BTR trading pairs going live. Sorry to anybody that had issues during this time. If your funds aren't being returned after cancelling an order, shoot us a DM.

UPDATE: We have fixed the bug that was causing #BTR values to display incorrectly on our mobile apps. BTR prices are now correct on iOS and Android.
UPDATE: Our web service is back to normal now that we have added more resources to deal with the increased traffic. You should no longer have any issues logging in to the exchange or accessing Power Piggy.
