Dear member,
We want to report you the current situation of BitPool.
According to the previous announcement, a few weeks ago, we were forced to temporarily pause BitPool product due to lack of liquidity form the traders group who brought us the highest returns for the pool. We also inform that the remaining traders who worked part of the stakings, had significant losses due to BTC devaluation and for now we cannot count on their services.
Ate the moment, the traders group is working hard to unlock accounts, also obtaining external financing and then be able to continue trading with a new improved trading system.
All stakings have been delivered to this group of traders. Bitomatic has contracts and movements for its accounts that prove this information. That's why we should wait a few more days (we don't know exactly how long) as it will depend on various factors such as the effective financing, the profits they are able to generate, etc.
Some have been asking why we don't use the safety fund. We want to explain that this is a last option because currently, with the BTC price down, the fund does not cover all stakings and we wouldn’t want to pay this way.
We understand that all members want their stakings back. Thats why the best solution is to wait until BitPool starts again.

This week, traders have launched the new automated system. They are currently working with new accounts, new values, to generate returns that could allow the return of capital. They have also been looking for external financing, doing everything possible to unlock some accounts that have been blocked in some countries.
The deadline for stakings return will depend on how long traders take to pay us and that depends on their new accounts and the performance taken from them. If it's short, they should let it work longer, so as not to decapitalize again. However, if there are a lot of new accounts and traders having a good income, they can pay faster.

This announcement serves to inform the current status of BitPool:
We kept the platform online until last week, even with no activity. But this is very expensive to maintain and we had to make some modifications in order to allow us to continue, with cheaper maintenance, until we can turn BitPool back on, if that's the case.
In the next few days we will activate the platform again and give the option to access the security fund.
We were waiting for the results of traders who have our capital, but with the slow results, we chose to give this option to those who want to take advantage of it. We'll give you more information about this as soon as the programmers have everything ready.
We would like to resolve this whole situation as quickly as possible, but it is not up to us. We always said that there were several traders working on their stakings, which is true, but several of them failed when the BTC crashed, at the end of May.
These were the ones that had been maintaining our returns in the last months, as the first group of traders was experiencing liquidity problems and stopped paying since March.
We have contracts that guarantee capital, once this last group managed our account, it covers all stakings made by our members.
We trust them to solve the liquidity problem as soon as possible.

We feel that we should provide you some clarification on the events that have taken place over the past few months and how we are going to proceed going forward.
As you know, Bitomatic is the bridge between members and real business. That's what we've been doing for eight months, until circumstances didn't allow us to continue.
We all also know that we worked with several traders, belonging to a group
and other traders with who we had started to diversify with our own funds (private capital not coming from members stakings). The group we mentioned is Revena Capital Trading S.L. They have been offering excellent returns for some years and that’s why Bitomatic decided to create BitPool based on this experience and with the security of the contract that guarantees all stakings made during this entire period. They were the ones who contributed major staking returns to BitPool, with the rest of the traders contributing very low returns, at a conservative level and always with private capital. The idea was to start working with BitPool stakings as well, but the short time we had to operate made it impossible to meet expectations, it was only possible to operate with resources external to BitPool. In recent months, Btok's withdrawals have been covered with this private capital, with the intention of supporting Bitomatic while Revena found a solution, but the solution didn’t come and the situation became unsustainable.
At Bitomatic we always wanted to have a portfolio of various products and that's why we chose to include a real estate product, like BitHome. This product, as everyone could see, had minimal acceptance by members and by itself did not support the company.
For all this, and in accordance with the contract that Bitomatic has with Revena Capital Trading S.L., we reached an agreement with the same and from this moment on, Revena assumes responsibility for the stakings carried out by all members of the Club.
For all members to recover their Btoks, we have established an agreement and Revena will act in 3 phases:
In the first phase, the vault will be distributed to the members who have chosen this option.
In the second phase, Revena will handle the return of Btoks for those members who chose the "wait" option. They will receive 100% of their Btok purchases.
In the third phase, and always depending on available liquidity, Revena is is in charge of members who have chosen "vault" to receive a 100% of their Btok purchases.
Luis Quero, the company's CEO, explains in a video above the exact situation the company is in and how the situation will be resolved.
We want all of this to be regulated as quickly as we can and in the best possible way. We are sorry for the inconvenience that the whole situation may have caused.

HOW TO CONNECT A BINANCE ACCOUNT TO REVENA'S NEW TRADING SYSTEM:
1) Open a Binance account and deposit the amount you want to use for trade.
2) Please make sure you upload all your documents to pass Binance KYC which gives you the opportunity to make daily withdrawals of up to 100 Btc.
3) Go to the API section, create a new API and edit it by enabling "Enable Spot & Margin Trading" (as shown on photo above).
4) Fill the form we created for this purpose and send us the "API Key" and "API Secret".

5) Afterwards, you must pay us 35% of the total generated earnings. Periodically, an email will be sent to your registration email with the amount to be paid. Customers who don’t pay 35% of their earnings, will get trading closed until recovering what is overdue.
6) If you decide to add new capital to your Exchange account, you must inform support@revenacapital.net to know the amount to put on your robot.

And it’s with great satisfaction that we inform you that we have already completed the first phase! The vault was distributed among all members who chose this option and (according to our Terms and Conditions) also those who did not select anything.
If you selected "Vault", you can now request the withdrawal through your backoffice.
The amount of Btoks that were not distributed in the first phase (vault) will be returned in the third phase. And if Revena recovers all its liquidity, in this same phase, the profits will be returned until March.
Remember that in the second phase, Revena will take care of Btoks return to the members who selected "Wait".

As announced a few days ago, we are going to liquidate BitHome.
It will be done through an email sent to members who have stake in that product. This email will give instructions for receiving the stake made, plus a 5% profit, directly into the Bitcoin wallet that the member indicates to us.
