We would like to inform you about the current situation of BitPool:
As you well know, last week we have paused BitPool in order to fix some implementation bugs that arose already a few weeks ago, when we started to program the new 90 days block and USDT payments.

We all also know that in BitPool we work with several traders, some of which are part of a group (which are by far the ones that contribute the most percentage to BitPool). And we are aware of the moment that BTC is going through.

Of all the traders we work with, the group we mentioned has had liquidity problems since the beginning of April. In BitPool, thanks to our good management and the continuity of other traders we have been able to continue performing during all this time, until last week but these last (traders) have seen their results complicated due to a large drop in BTC and that is why we need a few days to recover the margin that allows us to make BitPool operational. We are also waiting for the liquidity recovery of the traders group.
Therefore, we will have to wait a bit to restart BitPool.

This is totally independent of the amount available in the vault, which (for your tranquility) is still available, if necessary.

Dear member,

We want to report you the current situation of BitPool.

According to the previous announcement, a few weeks ago, we were forced to temporarily pause BitPool product due to lack of liquidity form the traders group who brought us the highest returns for the pool. We also inform that the remaining traders who worked part of the stakings, had significant losses due to BTC devaluation and for now we cannot count on their services.

Ate the moment, the traders group is working hard to unlock accounts, also obtaining external financing and then be able to continue trading with a new improved trading system.

All stakings have been delivered to this group of traders. Bitomatic has contracts and movements for its accounts that prove this information. That's why we should wait a few more days (we don't know exactly how long) as it will depend on various factors such as the effective financing, the profits they are able to generate, etc.

Some have been asking why we don't use the safety fund. We want to explain that this is a last option because currently, with the BTC price down, the fund does not cover all stakings and we wouldn’t want to pay this way.

We understand that all members want their stakings back. Thats why the best solution is to wait until BitPool starts again.

We want to continue reporting the current situation of BitPool.
 
This week, traders have launched the new automated system. They are currently working with new accounts, new values, to generate returns that could allow the return of capital. They have also been looking for external financing, doing everything possible to unlock some accounts that have been blocked in some countries.
 
The deadline for stakings return will depend on how long traders take to pay us and that depends on their new accounts and the performance taken from them. If it's short, they should let it work longer, so as not to decapitalize again. However, if there are a lot of new accounts and traders having a good income, they can pay faster.
 
Regarding the platform:
This week we were forced to make some updates that allow us to continue maintaining the web page, even without having any kind of income, once the programming (current system) maintenance is very expensive. That's why the platform has been inoperative for a few days.
 
We know you all want to get your stakings back. We also want you to receive them and that's why we are supporting traders to make it happen as soon as possible.

Dear member,

This announcement serves to inform the current status of BitPool:

We kept the platform online until last week, even with no activity. But this is very expensive to maintain and we had to make some modifications in order to allow us to continue, with cheaper maintenance, until we can turn BitPool back on, if that's the case.

In the next few days we will activate the platform again and give the option to access the security fund.
We were waiting for the results of traders who have our capital, but with the slow results, we chose to give this option to those who want to take advantage of it. We'll give you more information about this as soon as the programmers have everything ready.

We would like to resolve this whole situation as quickly as possible, but it is not up to us. We always said that there were several traders working on their stakings, which is true, but several of them failed when the BTC crashed, at the end of May.
These were the ones that had been maintaining our returns in the last months, as the first group of traders was experiencing liquidity problems and stopped paying since March.
We have contracts that guarantee capital, once this last group managed our account, it covers all stakings made by our members.
We trust them to solve the liquidity problem as soon as possible.

Dear member,

This announcement serves to inform the current status of BitPool.

As previously communicated, we are currently waiting for trading company, that operated our Btoks, to return the Btoks not recovered by members. As reported, they are waiting for guarantees that will allow refunds, starting in September.
Anyway, as it is taking longer than desired, we are preparing returns from vault (security fund), which will soon be available on the platform. The conditions for the returns will be explained when we activate the option and we will give you a few days to decide if you want to take advantage of it or wait for company to fully return the amounts.

Soon we will inform you more specifically about vault options.
