In Kintsu, delegates and validators compete on yield, with APY acting as a scoreboard, and KSU stakers select delegates for accountability. An attacker minted 410 million CIOTX and withdrew approximately $4.4 million worth of tokens from the bridge reserves in various denominations. Over 86% of all minted tokens are frozen.
