US Court Orders Operator of Digital Asset Trading Scam to Pay $54 Million

According to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Michael Ackerman, the operator of an alleged fraudulent digital asset trading scheme, has been issued with an injunction order which bars him from trading in any CFTC-regulated markets or registering with the CFTC. The injunction also requires Ackerman to pay $27 million in restitution to defrauded victims and a civil monetary penalty of $27 million.

After our monthly close, BTC perfectly retested $29,500 from where it once again bounced towards $30,500 (where we're trading). We're currently ranging around the 50% mark between our key $29,300 mid term support level and our $31,600 key mid term resistance level. We're expecting confirmation for our next mid term move in the next couple of days.

⚪️WRAP-UP (VIP)
We're still holding our latest VIP Sicilian moves towards higher (or lower) targets, which should be achieved independently over the next couple of days. We're also watching a couple of coins very closely which will get confirmations soon. We'll be the first ones to catch them, as always.
