Nexo Agrees to Pay $45 Million to SEC and State Regulators for Unregistered Offering of Earn Interest Product
The cryptocurrency lender, Nexo, has agreed to pay $45 million to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and several state regulators after charges were levied against the firm for failing to register the company’s Earn Interest Product (EIP). Nexo detailed that the settlements are on a “no admit, no deny” basis and that the arrangement “closes all multi-year-long inquiries into Nexo.”

Just as expected, and just as The Sicilian had been telling everyone over the last week, the BTC bulls have gained even further mid term strength and volume, pushing us towards a current $23,300 high and still showing potential to head higher after a grab of downside liquidity. We've perfectly retested our $23,150 mid term resistance level meaning we could head towards $21,000 - $21,500 for a retest now.
⚪️SENTIMENT
Short and mid term sentiment have exploded over the last 24 hours, as BTC and alts have exploded to even higher mid and long term highs. We can very much see a long term bullish continuation from here, however, for this we do need a lower liquidity grab from where the bulls would regain the strength they need for a higher move, and on which we'll be updating.
