Buenos Aires to Tax Cryptocurrency Mining in 2023
The province of Buenos Aires in Argentina will begin taxing cryptocurrency mining and possibly staking, in 2023. A new proposal modifies the tax law to introduce cryptocurrency mining as a taxable activity that will levy 4% on the income calculated via these operations. However, it is still unclear if staking will be taxed.

Volume and volatility are pretty much dead on lower time frames for both BTC and higher market cap alts. BTC remains is one of its tightest short/mid term ranges it has seen in years just around $16,800 from where any small increase in volume or momentum, will likely confirm our next weekly move. This is expected to also drag the rest of the alt-coin market with it, either way it goes.

Sentiment on all time frames is currently extremely neutral, with absolutely no signs of either a breakdown or breakout. For an increase in bullish momentum, we need to see BTC breaking above at least $17,500, while the bears should gain short term strength and momentum with at least a break and close below $16,000.
