On Dec. 6, 2022, the former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) reportedly retained the attorney Mark Cohen, the lawyer that represented Ghislaine Maxwell during her recent sex trafficking case. SBF’s spokesperson further explained that the FTX co-founder is being consulted by a professor at Stanford Law School, David Mills.

Even though we haven't seen any relevant lower time frame move over the last few days for BTC, we can clearly see that the bulls have formed a very decent intra-day support level around $16,700, which if held over the next couple of days, could get us a solid bounce towards new mid term highs above $17,500. If this level doesn’t hold, we're retesting $16,000.

Short term sentiment has increased slightly over the last 24 hours, however, mid and long term sentiment remain stable and neutral. We can expect to see the start of a huge move in the next couple of weeks, one that will once again push sentiment either way with strength and will mark the beginning of our next market cycle.

Nigeria Announces New Cash Withdrawal Restrictions — ATMs Limited to Less Than $44 per Day
In a new directive to financial institutions, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) said individuals can now only withdraw an equivalent of just under $222 per week while corporates can only withdraw cash not exceeding $1,111 during the same period. The new limits, which are in line with the CBN’s cashless policy, are set to become effective on Jan. 9, 2023, the central bank said.
