Short term selling pressure has increased for BTC, and even though this change has been relatively small, it has pushed ETH and alts towards new short term lows. We could potentially see another mid term trendline retest fro BTC aroun $21,500, which if held as a higher high, would send us towards at least $28,000 if not higher.

⚪️SENTIMENT
Sentiment has imploded to new multi-week lows on lower time frames, as panic sellers have once again flooded the market. A curious fact about this, however, is that most of this sellers are lower volume retail traders, and larger players are still silent, which could be an indicator of our next move, for which we’ll be ready.

SEC Charges 11 People in $300 Million Forsage Crypto Pyramid and Ponzi Scheme

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged four founders and seven promoters of Forsage, which it described as “a fraudulent crypto pyramid and Ponzi scheme.” The scheme allegedly raised more than $300 million from millions of retail investors worldwide, including in the U.S.

If BTC manages to break and officially close above $24,300 on the daily this week, we'll be confirming a higher mid term low and a bullish continuation.

Combined with a decrease in trading volume and short/long neutrality, we could potentially be getting ready for one of the higher volume moves of the year, for which we're ready and set.

BTC's current short term range is tightening to a limit, with both bulls and bears fighting to gain control. Whichever side starts gaining volume and momentum from here, will likely be the side leading our next mid term move towards either new mid term high or new local lows. A break above $24,200 is what the bulls need for a definite confirmation.

Sentiment on lower time frames has increased slightly over the last 24 hours, considering that BTC has managed to move above $23,000 again. This is currently giving a tiny edge to the bulls in the short term, however, we still need to see a mid term confirmation to build up further momentum.
