Do Kwon, Terraform Labs Face Class-Action Lawsuit for Allegedly Selling Unregistered Securities

Israel Prohibits Cash Deals for Amounts Starting as Low as $1,700

New legislation introducing tighter restrictions on payments with large sums of cash will enter into force in Israel on Monday. The goal, as stated by the country’s tax authority, is to improve the fight against organized crime, money laundering, and tax evasion. Critics doubt the law will achieve that.

The bears have regained lower time frame control right after our August monthly open, pushing BTC from a local high of $24,700 down to sub $23,000 where we're still trading. this move has also pushed ETH and alts down, in a move that could extend further towards new local lows before a potential strong bounce.

Sentiment on lower time frames has also imploded, reaching new weekly lows and showing signs of a potential weekly correction that could take BTC towards $21,000 from where we could see a higher low being printed, which would then take us above $25,000 with strength if confirmed as support.

We could potentially see another mid term trendline retest fro BTC aroun $21,500, which if held as a higher high, would send us towards at least $28,000 if not higher.

Sentiment has imploded to new multi-week lows on lower time frames, as panic sellers have once again flooded the market. A curious fact about this, however, is that most of this sellers are lower volume retail traders, and larger players are still silent, which could be an indicator of our next move, for which we’ll be ready.
