📁 More than a day has passed since the last batch of gifts was released on Telegram, and we decided to share a brief summary.

🤯 We never expected to receive such a massive number of orders per second. During the first wave of gifts, we quickly implemented some optimizations to process the order queue as fast as possible.

📞 Support was receiving approximately the daily number of messages every minute. Fortunately, we have more than one employee, so we managed to respond to clients in parallel, monitor the status of each order, and update the bot.

💪 Thanks to the overnight updates, during the second wave of gifts, orders were processed even faster, despite the increased order volume.

😎 Overall, we are satisfied with the result. In the midst of the recent frenzy, our old post about a million stars now seems funny, and yet, we handled EVERY single order. Some customers received their stars within seconds, others within minutes, but no one had to wait for hours.

😳 It’s scary to think about what was happening with competitors who process orders manually or didn’t have enough reserves to handle such a situation.

👨‍💻 Despite the pretty good result, we’ve still made a lot of conclusions and will continue to optimize our service to handle such a volume of orders even faster next time!
