Although 2018 has been horrible for cryptocurrencies, the bear market seems to be over now.

“Отличные новости! Идет к завершению законотворческий процесс в сфере утилитарных цифровых прав. Прошел почти прошел год и Госдума приняла в третьем чтении законопроект.

Законопроект вводит понятие «инвестиционная платформа» — через неё бизнес может найти инвесторов . Контролировать работу площадок будет Банк России. Регулятор создаст реестр операторов инвестиционных платформ (ОИП), он будет опубликован на сайте ЦБ. Заниматься организацией такого инвестирования смогут только платформы, включенные в реестр.

- Новая законотворческая инициатива -это “своего рода регуляторный эксперимент и мы будем сначала участвовать в этом эксперименте на уровне регуляторной песочницы и будем внимательно изучать, как рынок будет реагировать на эти новые инструменты.

Необходимо обратить внимание на некоторые аспекты в сфере законотворчества, например, ожидание второго закона о ЦФА. Рынку нужны полноценные инструменты организованного оборота цифровых утилитарных прав – биржевая торговля, отсутствие которой снижает возможность выхода из токенизированной инвестиции и как следствие влияет на активность инвесторов.

Второе, что сейчас интересует - это поправки в Налоговый кодекс, разъяснения относительно налогообложения как для клиентов платформы, так и для самого оператора.
