New Soft Proposal: $BIT Purchase Program
A soft proposal has been made by Windranger Labs aimed at improving the economic connection between the BitDAO Treasury and the BIT token.

$BIT Purchase Program Proposed Parameters:
- Proposes a “Targeted Daily Purchase Amount (TDPA)” initially set at $700,000 per day, approximately $21M per month.
- Initial purchases shall be conducted as part of
Bybit monthly contributions
- Purchasing shall occur on publicly available secondary markets including CEXs and DEXs.
The Targeted Daily Purchase Amount (TDPA) should aim to balance between:
1) The growth of BitDAO Treasury; and
2) Opportunities to deploy assets for long-term growth, via: autonomous entities, labs, venture/swaps, and yield.

If approved, BitDAO will invest $6.5M (95% ETH/USDT and 5% BIT), into Pleasrdao, which would open up a host of mutual opportunities for growth to both PleasrDAO and BitDAO.

The purchase program is executed by TWAP at $700k per day; roughly $21m per month.
The purchased $BIT will be contributed to BitDAO treasury on a monthly basis.
The #BitDAO treasury aims to grow via several strategies including the Bybit contribution, Autonomous Entities, venture, and yield.
Based on rate of treasury growth and incoming opportunities, the daily $BIT purchase amount can be dynamically adjusted pending BitDAO vote.
