We’ve tried to build a piece of traffic light housing as well as some other things. Looks promising, but also needs to be ironed.

For ironing I use this device, it’s just a normal 🚬 with a flat soldering iron tip. I found 250C a good temperature for melting. Normally ~200C is the working temperature for PLA plastic.
