According to Johns Hopkins, "SARS-COV-2" can not be distinguished from respiratory "viruses" based on clinical diagnosis alone & testing is necessary. However, positive test results for RSV, influenza, and other "viruses" do not rule out "SARS-COV-2." 🤷♂️

In the comments on Robert Koch's Tuberculosis paper from 1882, we learn that Koch did not definitively prove that the Tuberculosis bacterium is pathogenic in humans. This proof can not be obtained and the researcher must learn to live with it. 🤷♂️
