I’m having such a great time with Martin Liedtke. The more I get to know him, and now his lovely Cheryl, the more I feel emboldened to make the claim that this whole realm has been engineered. I have to humble myself to the realization that I haven’t experienced a natural system.
What I’ve considered to be nature has organic elements but the system that these elements are a part of are manipulated. The observer-observed phenomenon is one of the deepest philosophical considerations that there is.

Over the last 4 nights I have received atleast 8 hours of deep sleep for the first time in 4 years. Nothing in my routine has changed and we have house guests so it's not necessarily ideal conditions.
I've noticed that I'm naturally breathing deeper which makes me wonder:

Is there a correlation between deep sleep and deep breathing?
