Different personalities

We have variety of people having varying perspectives and different opinions with individual behaviour.
This diversity is the beauty of humanity. But also, this is the reason why most of the time people get angry, or disappointed with other's people.

We have to accept the fact that everyone has their individual behaviour and individual personality. We are no one to mold anyone's behaviour. We hardly can only state our suggestions to them.

Do not get indulged in arguing with someone. Let everyone have their own space. Keep it sort, if you like to be with someone then do it. If you do not like to be with someone leave him/her. We can analyse actions of influencing persons, but we are no one to criticise anyone's personality. Criticising someone does nothing but absorbs negative traits to yourself only.

People carry different personalities and different behaviors, so they cannot always be our way. But our 'trust on people' should be independent of what people do or how they behave. Even if they are wrong, 'trust them unconditionally' because it empowers them to do things right.
