Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for business and in-house systems in a production environment
Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow in line with SLAs
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management
Support application releases, patches, and deployments
Monitor application performance and ensure minimal downtime

Technical / Functional Skills:
Experience supporting custom or in-house applications

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices

Familiarity with application lifecycle management (testing, deployment, production support)
