— 40% reduction in car fleet of the Government

— All cell phone services for secretaries will be canceled for 200 million

2nd Stage: savings 16,850 million ARS
— Cutting the consumer goods and services by 16,850 million (reduction in supplier contracts)

🇦🇷⚡️❌ — CHAINSAW PLAN: The government of Argentine President Javier Milei has repealed more than 60 regulations to reduce bureaucracy, strengthen competition, and improve trade among citizens, promoting, according to the government, "a less interventionist role of the State."

💬 "These regulations hindered the lives of part of the private sector through controls and bureaucratic issues," said the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, in his regular press conference at Casa Rosada.

➡️ Among the repealed measures are a system that required the communication of labels and tags for new products and another for information on prices and quantities sold of final and intermediate goods.

‼️ The latter was introduced during the previous government and, according to the new administration, led to a waste of human and technological resources, with the information being used as a tool to pressure companies.

➡️ Additionally, informative regimes on maximum prices, the "Precios Cuidados" program, and complementary regulations of the "Precios Justos" program were also repealed. The latter was concluded on December 8, 2023, and, in Milei's opinion, who took office on December 10, served only to distort the price system, especially for food and beverages.

❌ Furthermore, the program providing access to regional products in large supermarkets was revoked, and such policies will now be promoted by provincial governments.

➡️ The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has initiated ‘Operation Dara-e-Bolan’ in the Mach and Bolan regions of Balochistan. This significant armed operation involves the BLA’s elite units, including the Majeed Brigade, Special Tactical Operations Squad, Fateh Squad, and Intelligence Wing.

➡️ Jeeyand Baloch, the spokesperson for the BLA, announced the operation’s commencement in a media statement. He advised residents in Mach city and the surrounding areas to stay indoors and avoid highways due to ongoing activities.

➡️ Initial reports from Mach city indicated a massive explosion followed by intense gunfire. The operation has reportedly resulted in extensive damage to Mach Jail and several government buildings. BLA forces are believed to have seized control of multiple railway stations and are engaging in combat at various locations, including the FC Commandant’s Office and Jail Colony.

➡️ Chinese leader Xi Jinping told US President Joe Biden that China would not interfere in the 2024 US presidential election when the two men met in November — an assurance reiterated by the Chinese foreign minister to Biden’s national security adviser this past weekend, two people familiar with the conversations told CNN.

➡️ The previously unreported exchange between Xi and Biden took place during a high-stakes, hourslong meeting in California that was aimed at easing historically high military and economic tensions between the two superpowers.

➡️ It was Biden who raised the issue, according to one of the sources, who described the exchange as brief. In a meeting this past weekend in Bangkok with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, US national security adviser Jake Sullivan again brought up the topic.

➡️ Wang offered Sullivan the same assurance Xi had given Biden months prior — that Beijing would not meddle in the American election this fall, the source said.
