#Russia / #Ukraine 🇷🇺🇺🇦: Today a missile hit #Kostyantynivka in #Donetsk Oblast; which have killed 16 people including a child.

However, it seems quite possible that the missile could be fired from a place very close to the impact site in the published video.
In general, the missile seems likely to be a malfunctioned air-defense missile (perhaps a short-ranged surface-to-air missile?). However, as stated earlier, a precise definition is currently not possible.
