🇺🇸🇷🇴🇲🇩 The Pentagon leak reveals interesting information regarding Romania's aid to Ukraine, something which the Romanian government kept a closely guarded secret for more than a year.

According to the documents made public through the leak, Romania trains proportionally as many Ukrainian soldiers as Poland does and treats as many wounded soldiers proportionally as Poland.

These documents say that Poland and Romania have trained by far the largest amount of Ukrainian soldiers combined than any other NATO member state and are the key states in NATO's weapon deliveries to Ukraine. The documents state that without Romania, the Pentagon could not have monitored the front as easily without access to Romanian airbases and airspace.

The Pentagon has also carried out covert military exercises in Romania as part of the US's plans to discourage Russia from attempting to go beyond Ukraine. Unlike Poland, Romania contributed little to Ukraine's war effort militarily speaking partly in part to the poor state of the Romanian army which was for a number of years underfunded and underequipped.

🇷🇴🌹🚜⚡️The Social-Democratic Party requested that the Romanian MFA adopt the Polish model for Ukrainian grain exports meaning that Ukrainian grain will no longer be allowed to be stored in Romania to prevent the incidents of last year when Ukrainian grain supposedly headed to Africa got mixed up with locally produced grain and its identity was lost or mixed-up.

🇲🇩🪖⚡️Moldovan defense minister, Anatolie Noșatâi says that Moldova will be able to detect Russian cruise missiles in time before they breach Moldova's airspace but the Moldovan Army will not be able to shoot them down still. Chișinău was speaking of improving its AA defenses before and the only thing they've managed to acquire so far was a RADAR promised by the EU.
