"At the #NATO Summit, #NATOSummit, the Allies agreed on a package of 3️⃣ elements aimed at bringing Ukraine closer to NATO.
▶️ It includes a new multi-year assistance program designed to facilitate the transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Soviet standards to NATO standards and help restore the security and defense sector of Ukraine.
The leaders agreed to create a new NATO-Ukraine Council, the inaugural meeting of which was held on Wednesday in Vilnius with the participation of President Zelensky. This is a body in which NATO countries and Ukraine will sit as equal members to promote political dialogue, interaction and cooperation.
▶️ NATO Allies also confirmed that Ukraine will become a NATO member and agreed to lift the requirement for a Membership Action Plan. An invitation to join the Alliance will follow when NATO member states agree and when the conditions are met.

Situation at Luhansk front: Russian Army took control over the hills south of Novoselivs'ke/Новоселівське. After this advance the situation of Ukrainian Army in this town is more difficult and withdrawal could happen in order to avoid being isolated from the south.
