#France 🇫🇷: Criminal group #DZMafia released a video of 7.62x39mm AK-platform rifles owned by the group in #Marseille in April.
The rifles seem to be Albanian ASh-78 Tip-1 and Type 3 AK-47 pattern rifles.
The stocks have been removed and some of the barrels have been shortened.

⚖️🇺🇦 The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) condemned Ukraine to pay 40k EUR in damages for refusing to register the marriage of a same-sex couple.
The verdict, in a case brought to the court by plaintiffs Andrii Maimulakhin and Andrii Markiv in 2014, adds to calls for increased protection for and recognition of LGBTQ rights in the country, whose constitution still describes marriage as between a man and a woman.
The couple's "sexual orientation had been the sole basis for the difference in treatment," the ECHR said.
"(Ukraine's) broadly worded aim of the protection of the traditional family could not in itself be accepted as a valid ground for justifying the denial" of equal rights, it added.
Legalisation is still opposed by conservative parts of Ukrainian society and the church, though President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is currently considering a petition and he could request that parliament draft a law.
Last year, Zelenskiy responded positively to a related petition but said it was not possible to alter the constitution, during wartime.

China "strongly opposes" NATO repeatedly labelling it a threat, China's embassy to Norway said on Saturday, referring to remarks by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during a recent visit to the Scandinavian country.
Stoltenberg had accused China of threatening neighboring countries and suppressing countries that do not comply with it.
"NATO claims to be a regional and defensive organization, but certain members of NATO constantly extend beyond traditional defense regions, frequently establishing close military contacts with countries in the Asia-Pacific, which results in escalating tensions," embassy said.

A senior Chinese general Jing Jianfeng lashed out at US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Saturday, accusing him of “seriously distorting the facts and truth” of Taiwan’s status.
Jing accused the US of hollowing out the one-China principle by strengthening exchanges between US and Taiwanese officials, condoning Taiwanese separatist activities and selling more and more capable weapons to Taiwan.
The comments came after Austin told the defense conference that the US network of friendly countries in Asia would defend against coercion, especially in the Taiwan Strait.

“Its so-called rules-based international order never tells you what the rules are, and who made these rules,” Li said in a speech to the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
Li also highlighted China’s Global Security Initiative, a set of foreign policy principles and directions in line with Beijing’s style of diplomacy announced. They include opposition to unilateral sanctions and the use of economic development to stem instability and conflict.

— "Police in Hong Kong have detained pro-democracy activists on the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre.
Authorities have banned public commemoration of the 1989 incident, which saw China crush peaceful protests in Beijing with tanks and troops.
However, dozens of candlelight vigils are expected to take place in cities around the world.
Among those detained was 67-year-old campaigner Alexandra Wong, widely known as "Grandma Wong"."

— "A three-day carnival co-hosted by 26 pro-Beijing groups is being held in Hong Kong’s Victoria Park to mark 26 years since the city's return to Chinese rule.
Day two of the event falls on the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square crackdown, which for decades had been marked in the park's football pitches with a candlelight vigil that drew tens of thousands.
Police have increased their presence around the park, urging residents to keep walking and taking away at least 10 people, including the leader of the League of Social Democrats, a political opposition party. On June 3, police arrested four people in the area, who they later said were carrying seditious materials."
