Indian diplomats talked with the US to receive Venezuelan oil as payment for debt with PDVSA

The chief executive of Ongc Videsh, India's second largest oil and gas company, confirmed on Sunday that talks are underway between India and the US State Department.

Chief Executive Officer AK Gupta told Reuters in Houston ahead of the CeraWeek by S&P Global energy conference that a deal "makes sense" because the proposal would not provide payments to the US-sanctioned government of Venezuela.

Talks over the proposed oil-for-debt swap are being conducted by the US State Department and the US embassy.

In India, CEO Gupta said. ONGC Videsh, the international arm of ONGC, is owed some $420 million from its Venezuelan joint ventures that was incurred before US sanctions

On video, the fighters with the Pahonia/Vytis patches alongside Ukrainian and Belarusian White-red-White flags are seeing calling for diaspora and mainland belarusians to join the "Fight for the defense of Ukraine"

Given that the video was widely shared by memberd of Tsihanouskaya team, it could be considered group alongside some other Belarusian Opposition factions, are supposedly fighting on the same Coalition under political leadership of Tsihanouskaya's inner circle.
