🇦🇪🌧📹 — Over the past days, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been suffering with heavy rains and intense storms, disrupting flights and the economy of the desert Gulf monarchy.

On some videos, it's possible to see the mass flooding on airport of Dubai, with planes surrounded by water as they struggle to navigate the disruptive weather.

According to UAE media, a National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority safety alert said people should leave their homes only in “extreme necessity”.

Per the reports, the Royal Government of Dubai has extended remote working for employees until Wednesday, while private schools in the emirate have also been directed to continue remote learning. Private sector entities, too, have been urged to adopt remote working for an additional day to ensure safety.

All the Emirates of the UAE were affected by the storms.
