The Supreme Court just ruled in a 5-4 vote to allow the Department of Homeland Security to cut the razor wire fencing installed by the State of Texas along the border with Mexico.

It appears that 'conservative' Justices Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts (the chief Justice) voted against Texas. Barrett is a Trump appointed Justice, while Roberts was appointed in '05 by then President G.W. Bush.

This was an emergency order, and the full case has yet to be heard, but it is remarkable that the Supreme Court continues to legislate from the bench, making political decisions for the entire country while putting off, perhaps for more than a year, hearing the full case.

During which time millions more non-White illegal immigrants will cross into the United States and be given parole status by the Biden Administration, meaning they will have access to the same range of rights and benefits as American citizens.

The State of Texas should continue to bar DHS from even accessing the park, thereby preventing them from accessing the wire in order to cut it.
