🇮🇶❌🇺🇸 — On January 18, 2024 AD, it was reported on social medias that the then-called "Islamic Resistance in Iraq", a coalition of various Pro-Iranian Paramilitary groups inside of Iraq, downed a US Army MQ-9 Reaper UAV

The UAV debris fell near the Iraqi capital, Baghdad after being downed

Such an incident takes place amidst a wave of major escalations in the Middle East between the Axis of Resistance and the Western Forces & its Allies in the region.

🇮🇶❌🇺🇸❗️ — Earlier today, January 20, 2024 AD, it was reported on social medias that the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq", a coalition of various Pro-Iran/Anti-American paramilitary groups, targeted massively the Ayn Al-Asad Airbase in Anbar, Western Iraq

The attacks were carried out using both Ballistic Missiles and Grad rockets, with some reports acounting in total 40 projectiles being fired at the military base.

Al-Assad Airbase hosts both Iraqi Federal Troops and US Army & International Coalition Forces and was also targeted during the Iranian missile attacks following the Soleimani Assassination

According to local medias, MIM-104 Patriot systems were activated during the attack, with a number of US Army soldiers suffering casualties due to the arrivals
