According to the IDF, the Israeli Navy, during the attacks, targeted a number of places and buildings belonging to HAMAS, among them, Operative squads that were identified near Israeli forces, Operatives that were hiding in buildings close to Israeli forces, Palestinian military posts as well as positions from which shooting at Israeli forces were detected.
Per the Israeli Army, during the Christmas eve, December 24, 2023, an Israeli Air Force fighter jet directed by the fire center of the 98th Division killed a commander of the military wing of Hamas in the Khan Yunis area.

US State Department: We are concerned about Turkey's attacks on Rojava (West Kurdistan).
The US State Department responded to Kurdistan24 media regarding Turkey's attacks on Rojava.
"We are saddened by the recent air strikes across Rojava that have resulted in the deaths and injuries of civilians," the State Department told Kurdistan24.
"We want an immediate de-escalation of violence and respect for the ceasefire lines," the State Department said.

Kobanรช: Simultaneously, armed drones targeted the checkpoints of ลรชran, ลera, and Helincรช. At least one other checkpoint was targeted.
Efrin: Merenaze village, affiliated with the ลera district, is under bombardment.
Amรปdรช: Security checkpoints along the Qamishli and Hasakah roads were bombed by armed drones.
Dirbรชsiyรช: A civilian residence near the Garage was bombed by a drone.
Another civilian home was targeted near the football field.
Qamishlo: one airstrike on the central building of the Internal-Security-Forces (Police)
One airstrike on a construction company building.
One airstrike on a bulgur factory
Several airstrikes targeting the center of Qamishlo among them one targeting a checkpoint.
