A part of an interview with Maxim Martsinkevich nicknamed "Tesak" (the Cleaver), and some of his team of pedophile hunters hosted by NTV. Max was a young man who directly took on pedophilia in Russia by arranging meetings (in different ways) with people who expressed sexual interest in minors. He said that he documented all interactions, then he put them through a video blogged shaming and a beating. He said that in his experience the "gay rights" movements, dating sites and social media are rife with active pedophiles. His critics called him a hooligan, but no one disagreed that the legal and justice system has failed to control pedophilia. He made some real enemies in his life because he was arrested and then murdered in jail, in 2020. In this TV show the experts were against Maxim's methods, however the host has to constantly ask the audience to please stop applauding his actions. [Language: Russian, English subtitles]
