Three of them are from María Corina Machado's team : Henry Alviarez, Claudia Macero and Pedro Urruchurtu

The president of the NGO Súmate , Roberto Abdul was also requested by the Public Ministry.

The order includes opponents who are currently in exile such as:

Yon Goicoechea, Juan Guaidó, Julio Borges, David Smolansky, Carlos Vecchio, Lester Toledo and Leopoldo López.

As well as officials from Hugo Chávez's government such as Andrés Izarra and Rafael Ramírez, both currently abroad.

Saab mentions that those accused directed destabilizing and conspiratorial activities against the referendum on Essequibo.
