According to a report by the WSJ, the National Intelligence Service of South Korea claim they have received credible evidence that DPRK Leader Kim Jong Un has ordered his government to begin providing support to the Palestinians.
According to NIS, he has also ordered officials to begin looking into the possibility of weapons shipments to resistance factions militias across the Middle East.

"North Korea has sent more than 1 million rounds of artillery to Russia that President Vladimir Putin appears to be using in his bombardment of Ukraine, according to a lawmaker briefed by South Korea’s spy agency.
There have been about 10 shipments of weapons from North Korea to Russia since August, the National Intelligence Service said in a closed-door briefing with South Korean lawmakers Wednesday, Yoo Sang-bum, a member of the ruling People Power Party who is on a parliamentary intelligence committee, told reporters.
North Korea also sent advisers to Russia on the use of the munitions, which would be enough for about two months’ of shelling, Yoo cited the intelligence service as saying.

Putin pledged to help Kim put a spy satellite into orbit when the two met at a Russian space center for their summit. The South Korean spy agency said North Korea has received technical assistance from Russia that could help it reach its goal of putting objects in space after failing twice this year to deploy a spy satellite.
North Korea appears to be in the final stages of another attempt to launch a satellite, the NIS said. The US and its partners have warned that technology derived from North Korea’s space program could be used to advance its ballistic missiles, and warned that any help Putin offers Kim would violate measures that Russia had voted to approve."

Guyana asked the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to suspend a consultative referendum promoted by Venezuela on the Essequibo territory that both countries have disputed for more than a century, according to a statement from the highest UN court.
"Guyana presented to the Secretariat of the International Court of Justice a request for indication of provisional measures" to request that Venezuela "not proceed with the consultative referendum as proposed," the statement states.
The government of Guyana said hours later in a statement that the request responds to a "sinister plan by Venezuela to seize Guyanese territory," while Caracas called the action "barbarism."
"What Guyana has asked for is an outburst, asking Venezuela to repeal its constitutional order, which is not going to happen," launched the Venezuelan vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, in a statement to the press. "What happened (...) if it weren't so tragic, it would be laughable."
Guyana asked the ICJ, "due to the urgency of the matter", to set a hearing before the date of this consultation to make a determination.

BREAKING: Armenian Patriarchate in Jerusalem begins the process to cancel controversial lease.
On May 10, the defrocked priest Khachig Yeretzian (formerly known as Fr.Baret) fled Jerusalem and the Armenian Quarter after it was revealed he had authorized a lease for the “Cows’ Gardens” (Goverou Bardez) to a Jewish Australian businessman for a period of 99 years.
A few days ago, demolition began at the site despite the Armenian community protesting the leasing of Armenian properties.
The Chancellery of the Armenian Patriarchate released a communiqué which demanded the immediate cancellation of the agreement.
