The Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), notified, on Saturday, the residents of one of the earthquake-affected camps near the town of Jindires in the Afrin countryside, northwest Syria, of the necessity to evacuate their tents.
Following the earthquake disaster that struck Syria in February, hundreds of families have been living in tents due to the destruction of their homes as a result of the earthquake, especially in Jindires.
A source from the Local Council of Jindires stated that Sultan Suleiman Shah Division, aka al-Amshat, affiliated with SNA, informed 160 families to evacuate tents within 72 hours, claiming that the tents belong to the Division. They considered that the purpose of their presence was due to the earthquake disaster, which has ended a long time ago.
