Two American C-17s leaving Tel Aviv; as you have seen over the last few days they have been sending numerous C-17s to Israel. There is also a Boeing KC-135R Stratotanker that appears to have flown around Crete.

I must add here that the Chania International Airport is being used a lot, because it's right next to the NATO controlled Crete Naval Base.

Turkish army announce the death of another soldier, killed by PKK guerrillas in the Kurdistan Region.

Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement Friday that a soldier named Musa Esat Kaya was killed in an attack by Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) guerrillas in Southern Kurdistan.
