BREAKING: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky briefly met in Granada during the third summit of the European Political Community.
On his social media pages, Pashinyan posted that he engaged in brief conversations with international partners as part of the summit.
On his X account (formerly Twitter), the Ukrainian president stated that in their first meeting, the two discussed the security situation in the South Caucasus, as well as bilateral cooperation and interregional economic projects.
Meanwhile, on October 4, Zelenskyy tweeted that he had a phone call with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and thanked him for Azerbaijan’s significant humanitarian assistance. He also added that the two reaffirmed their commitment to the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of states.
It should be noted that Az declined to participate in the five-party meeting, involving Armenia, Azerbaijan, France, Germany, and the EU, scheduled for October 5 in Granada.
