The rifle appears to be a craft-made anti-materiel rifle; seemingly single-shot and chambered in 12.7x99mm (.50 BMG).
This AMR was likely made by #KNLA/#PDF in #Myanmar (#Burma) later smuggled into Manipur.

🇫🇮🇱🇻 Rinkevičs has visited Finland in order to ask for soldiers to be stationed in Latvia.
💬 — "We would be happy if Finland took part in the forward presence, that is, in the NATO brigades that are now being created in all the Baltic countries. Of course, we are talking about NATO defense planning, but if Finland's participation is possible, we would be happy if if this would happen." Stated Rinkēvičs.
This reminds one of an event which took place this summer which shows to what extent individuals are willing to go to keep foreign militaries off of their homeland.

For the Estonian population, the answers are almost all the same, near-unanimous answers.
