🇷🇴🛡⚡️ The Romanian MoD has begun constructing anti-drone shelters in several locations close to the Ukrainian border and the port city of Izmail which has been under attacked several times in the past two weeks.
In addition to building antidrone shelters, the Department for Emergency Situation has becoming emitting air raid alerts for locals nearby urging them to take shelter. Initially, the authorities planned for an evacuation of the villages of Plauru and Ceatalchioi but the locals refused to leave their homes.

— Thus, just like the past couple of weeks, once again Il-76TD cargo aircraft of the Azerbaijani airline Silk Way have been actively flying between the Israeli airport Uvda and the capital of Azerbaijan, the city of Baku.
As noted by the obserers, it's obvious that the cargo is weapons and ammunition, which Azerbaijan is actively purchasing from the State of Israel, since this is not the first time Silk Way has been engaged in such transportation.
Similar flights of Silk Way aircraft from Baku to Israel could be observed before the Second Karabakh War in 2020. In addition, during the Syrian war, Silk Way took part in the transportation of weapons to terrorists in Syria under the guise of diplomatic missions
