On videos shared on social medias, it was reported by Pro-Assad and Anti-Assad observers that Russian Federation Air Force Bomber squadrons conducted renewed waves of airstrikes in support of Syrian Arab Army (SAA, Assad's Army) Artillery attacks against positions belonging to Islamist Rebels from Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) in the southern countryside of Idlib.
It happens just 1 day after HTS and its Turkish-backed allies announced that its forces were joining up the efforts by Arab Tribes to attack

โ ๐ธ๐พ OPINION: A lot of these Arab tribes used to be loyal to ISIS back in the day
Deir Ezzor, Al Mayadin, Baghuz and Al Bukamal were some of the last remaining ISIS strongholds to remain, and now they seem to be rising again.
Even though the tribes have so far refrained from directly affiliating themselves with ISIS, they share the same characteristics.
Most of them are radical Islamists, similar to HTS and Al-Qaeda, and they can be seen as part of the broader Syrian opposition, which also includes the FSA.
Although the SDF is currently blaming Iran and the Assad government for inciting the ethnic violence, the recent developments are in fact very dangerous for Assad.
The Arab tribes are very unpredictable, and from what we've seen, as mentioned before, they're also radicals and fight under the banner of the Syrian opposition.
The area in which these tribes operate are vital for the Syrian Arab Army, as well as for Iran. The major border crossing of Al Bukamal is instrumental in the flow of Iranian weapons to Assad and the Lebanese Hezbollah.
On the other hand, the Syrian Arab Army was finally planning to prepare another offensive in Idlib, and now they have to potentially deal with secondary issues in another part of the country.
Right now, we don't really know what is going to happen. But there is a worrying possibility, that is not too far fetched.
If the US occupation forces, which are located at Al Tanf, decide to ally with the Arab tribes, they could effectively cut off all Syrian border crossings to and from Iraq, which would be a logistical nightmare for Iran, Syria and the Lebanese.

The paint of the mortar bomb is worn and the red stripe can be noted on the mortar bomb. So it can be said that this is different from the previously seen Burmese 120ER mortar bombs (which originally have yellow stripes).

๐ฆ๐ซ ๐ฅ ๐น โ ๐ฐ Al-Jazeera: Taliban Palace - The Second Year of Taliban Rule | 14-08-23
โ "Rare behind-the-scenes access to the Taliban spokesman as local Afghans confront him about the failed economy and broken promises of womenโs and minority rights.
With unprecedented access from Kandahar to Kabul, the Talibanโs main spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid opens the doors to the presidential palace. He takes us to the centre of the Talibanโs transition from rebel fighters to the nationโs leaders.
Charged with orders from the Talibanโs reclusive supreme leader, Mullah Haibatullah Akhunzada, Mujahid faces the stresses that come with governing a divided and traumatised country of 40 million people. In Afghanistan, human rights are under attack and the economy is crumbling.
Powerful businessmen, bold Hazara leaders and a fearless woman activist confront Mujahid about the Talibanโs many unfulfilled promises. He knows the stakes are high for an administration which is not formally recognised by the rest of the world."

On the statement the Anti-Taliban group announced that the Leader of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan, Mr. Ahmad Massoud, visited Moscow at the invitation of Mr. Sergey Mironov, Deputy Speaker of the Russian Federation's Parliament & Leader of the A Just Russia - For Truth (party), the biggest Social-Democratic Party in Russia, and met with the Russian politician.
According to the statement, in this meeting, while discussing the situation in Afghanistan and the region, there were detailed, comprehensive and constructive talks about the ways out of the crisis in the country, as well both Mr. Massoud and Mr. Mironov emphasized on the fight against Islamist Extremism and drugs, the Total Independence of Afghanistan and the establishment of an all-inclusive government based on the votes of the people.
Mr. Mironov mentioned the role of the national hero Shahid Ahmad Shah Massoud in the fight against terrorism and called the current resistance of the Afghan people against International terrorism and Islamist extremism a continuation of the struggle of Shahid Ahmad Shah Massoud.
The leader of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of the leader of the Just Cause Party and the deputy of the parliament of the Russian Federation and their sympathy with the people of Afghanistan.
Abandoned by the US and NATO, forgotten by their neighbors and betrayed by the so-called International Community, the anti-Taliban rebels seem to see Russia as their last attempt to find support in liberating Afghanistan from what they see as the Darkness of Islamist Oppression.
