🇩🇪 Germany walks back plan to meet NATO spending target on annual basis.

The German government has retreated from a plan to legally commit itself to meeting NATO's 2% military spending target on an annual basis, a government source told Reuters on Wednesday.

This wording is softer than Scholz's original pledge in a speech on Feb 27, 2022, in which he announced a "Zeitenwende" or sea change three days after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"From now on, we will invest more than 2% of the GDP into our defence year after year," Scholz said at the time.

⚡️🌎 Regarding ISIS.

So far, the following branches of the group have not done Bayah or Photoshoot, or released any statement to the new ISIS leader.

Whether they have been, quite literally exterminated, or they abandoned their cause and melted back to civilian life, is unknown.

3) Libya - ISIS Libya has not made any comment or statement

There are most likely other branches that have not made statements or photoshoots to pledge loyalty.

I kept asking around, including the heads of reputable channels and websites, and they themselves note that a certain number of "provinces" have not joined the African or Iraq wings in their photoshoots, the Syrian group published it much later after Africa.

The Last Pledging of Loyalty to ISIS, Dec 2022, Egypt, Sinai.

The full video and photoshoot only had 4 soldiers, including the leader.

If that is not actual degradation and being pathetic, then I do not know what is what, I remind you that ISIS had 12K soldiers at peak at once active in Sinai, that is double the amount they had active in Syria and Iraq.

Seems they have been pretty much wiped out, or maybe the reason their photoshoot is late by almost a month is they are trying to find a way to look cooler with 2 instead of 4!

Man, when I was there in a checkpoint back in the day, the only number I would not forget was 142 - that is the amount of the corpses of these pigs that passed by it in a single month, guess someone lost the war of attrition.
